Wood worm protection in drywall ceiling frame?
Hey all, Just finished my dry wall ceiling with a framing made from construction wood. After having finished it, my wife wondered if I should have protected the wood against wood worms with some painting. I guess, usually it is no issue because bugs can hardly enter. But we have steel beams where it’s theoretically possible for bugs to get in (picture, left side). Would you be worried? I won’t take the ceiling down just because of that. But maybe prevent something from entering on the sides…? submitted by /u/jundehung [link] [comments]
