1920s house air/barrier recommendations
so we bought a major reno twin style house. House is from the 1920s and is in Pennsylvania. My concern is what to do for the air/water barrier. The "sheathing" is made from 1inch boards with some good size gaps between, id assume from shrinking? Should I just keep it simple and do tyvek? a peel and stick product? zip overtop? or remove it all and do zip on the studs?
