Cinder block basement- type of paint to use?
My home was built in the 1940s, and the basement walls appear to be concrete material, cinderblock-like if not true cinder blocks. Should I be concerned with paint type? It’d be great if I could just use some indoor/outdoor paint but I thought I should use something that breaths and doesn’t trap moisture in the brick from the ground.
