How to get the Armorcharm and Powercharm in Monster Hunter Wilds

Armorcharm and Powercharm are among two of the most valuable items you can use in Monster Hunter Wilds, and the two of them can significantly boost your base attack and defense. There are different ways to boost your stats inside the game. One helpful way is to use different consumables, which temporarily boost your stats. Armorcharm and Powercharm's boosts work differently, and their locations can be confusing. How to get Powercharm in Monster Hunter Wilds Unlike most items in Monster Hunter Wilds, you can't craft Powercharm (or Armorcharm). You'll first need to reach High Rank and proceed along the main storyline. Once you have access to Chapter 4-2: Lurking Shadows, you'll gain access to Wounded Hollow. After completing Lurking Shadows, you'll meet an NPC called Cobb in Suja, Peaks of Accord. Cobb will have an optional quest that involves hunting down two Hirabami. You'll face them together, so always focus on one to eliminate it. After killing both of them, return to Cobb, and he will reward you with the Powercharm. Called As Gatekeeper, you'll have to hunt two Ajarakan at Wounded Hollow. This is a tough fight (this monster tested me thoroughly in the main questline). Make sure to target one at first and keep them separated to boost your chances of success. Once you eliminate both, go back to Rex to get your Armorcharm. After obtaining the items, go to your tent and move both objects to your inventory. The two items will boost your defense and offense by being in your inventory, which is an excellent set of buffs. While you'll need to make a fair bit of progress to get these items, both of them are essential for endgame builds.
