Painted subfloor with Kilz. The primer odor is so strong. Paint over it with something else?
We recently had our wood subfloor painted, due to pet odors. It's been about 36 hours since it was painted, windows and fans have been going, and the odor is so strong. Do I need to paint over it to seal in that primer odor before my new wood laminate flooring is installed?
