Washer Repair (won't drain)

I have a one year old GE front loader (GFW550SSNWW) that won't drain. Long story short, I have got a new drain motor and turned out that wasn't it, hose is fine I can blow through it. So I put it in diagnostic mode and got the multimeter on the lines that's supposed to supply 120v to the motor. When it's supposed to be idle meter reads 9v, but when I press the door close button (when it supposed to run the drain motor) it drops to 6v. Is the main controller board fried? submitted by /u/Genbu7 [link] [comments]
