JOOPITER and Kid Cudi have officially announced the upcoming "On Another Planet: The Collection of Kid Cudi" auction.Set to open for global bidding on March 13, the sale is a visual representation of Cudder's keen eye and his globe-trotting journey as a longtime collector. Joining the auction is the artist's rare and personally-sourced collection of original vintage music T-shirts that honor the likes of Michael Jackson, Nirvana and Green Day, some of whom have served as inspirations for Cudi himself.Also spotlighted in the collection are his longtime friendships with the likes of the late Virgil Abloh, who designed merchandise for Cudi's earliest tours, and Takashi Murakami; Abloh's iconic OFF-WHITE and Louis Vuitton works, pieces he personally designed for Cudi as mementos of their friendship, Murakami's 2020 "BLM" prints and a custom Ben Baller x Takashi Murakami x Kid Cudi chain are all up on the block.
